Peninsula Bridge, an educational equity non-profit, is looking for inspiring educators to join our 4th-7th grade After School Academy, an academic and SEL enrichment program that meets September - May at sites across the peninsula. Our teacher positions are two days a week from 4:00 - 6:00pm with approximately 45 minutes of additional prep each week with an hourly rate of $75/hr. Instructional lead positions are 10 hours a week, two days a week from 3:15 - 6:15 on site and four hours of admin and meetings each week which can be done flexibly, with an hourly rate of $50/hr.
These positions are great for full-time educators, early service teachers, or semi-retired teachers who care about educational equity. We provide engaging lesson plans, activities and materials and have an incredible on-site admin staff at each site. Teaching with Peninsula Bridge is an amazing way to have a meaningful impact on the lives of under-represented and historically marginalized students and families on the peninsula.
