Invictus Academy of Richmond serves students in grades 7-12 from the Richmond community. We are only 5 years old but our joyful, structured school model has already demonstrated high performance outcomes and produced academic growth in our students that exceeds that of surrounding schools. 2024 will be our first graduating class! Our 2022 Staff Well-Being Survey revealed that 100% of respondents feel motivated to learn new things at work. 100% of respondents feel that they have a strong support network at school and that their colleagues want them to succeed. 100% trust the school leadership team to do the right thing for students.
