Mill Valley Nursery School (MVNS) is looking for a warm and engaging Director and lead teacher for our cooperative, play-based, child led preschool program. Our Director both guides the school and teaches our multi-age class of 2.9 yo-5 yo. MVNS enrolls up to 24 students and their participating parents. The Director supports parents in providing children chances to learn kindness, responsibility, pro-social behavior, and independence, as individuals and within groups, in a safe and emotionally supportive environment. The Director oversees supervision of the children in their play and helps to engage through planned, age-appropriate activities.
