Healy School is a TK-5 charter school located in Novato, California, opening in August of 2023. We will offer an academically rigorous, inclusive, and resilience-minded education.

The Position

We are seeking a part-time, virtual teacher to become part of our team to help shape and implement the opening of a new public TK-5 charter school. Success in this position will lead to a full-time in-person teaching assignment and leadership position when the school opens.

Responsibilities

•   Serve as key member of the instructional design team

•   Be influential in the planning and start-up phase of new elementary school

•   Participate in leadership discussions and take the lead on school opening programs

•   Develop positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues

•   Be technologically savvy, especially regarding education technology
